The hotel was clean with all of the basic facilities you need at a budget rate and also had free car parking. The location is great in itself and also as a base for visiting London without paying London rates.
I liked the fact that the lady that checked us in was very friendly.
Yes, we were very disappointed with the buffet English breakfast, there was no bacon and only chicken sausages!! I know the reason that it was done, however can I remind you that it is a traditional breakfast and we do live in England, and I do object when other ethnic minorities are considered over the British and frankly feel discriminated against!!!
It was being renovated, but my recently renovated room was nice and clean and look out over a nice little English garden.
Overall our 7 night stay was enjoyable. The hotel was normally quiet which was great for our 3 year old son to get some good sleep. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Some of the staff were exceptional and very helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and clean.
While most of the staff were very helpful some were a bit aloof and not so helpful but overall I would say we were satisfied with the level of hospitality. My one complaint would be the noise level one morning from somebody talking very loudly in the reception area from 5am but this was a one off incident.
We arrived at the hotel at 11.00am where offered coffee in the hotel sunroom while our room was being prepared at 11.30 we where shown to our room which to our surprise was on the ground floor with the most delightfull garden outside our window. The location of the hotel is brillant staff were so helpful Chiswick has lots of places to eat out, or coffee with lots of lovely unique shops. we were visting family in the area if i was to vist london for the sights alone i would prefere to stay in this area and travel by tube to the centre. Chiswick House and gardens well worth the vist 10mins walk from the hotel or take a bus to Richmond or Kew everything easily reached,i hope you find this review helpful
Nicely converted Townhouse in a good location for the purpous of our stay. Plenty of parking. Good variety at breakfast.
Nice hotel in good location, near metro stations. Free car parking is a big advantage. The stuff was very helpfull
we were on the ground floor by reception so it was noisey from early in the morning
Fabulous location for our needs, both for central London and for west London. Excellent value for money at £89B&B. The room, although smallish, was perfect for our needs and very clean. Had I known about the free wifi I'd have brought the laptop!! We were in the suites with a lovely garden. We will definitely stay here again!
Staff were very kind and rooms have been recently renoved. I liked the acomodation in independent and funtional english style houses. Very good beds and without noise at nights.
I liked everything.
nice area, close to Kew Bridge, and good transport to city via Tube or bus.
Some noise weekdays from nearby roads.
Very pleasant staff, excellent location just off the end of the M4 ,close to the underground and on site parking
Location very handy for the tube and there were plenty of pubbs and resturants around
There was no bar
Clean ad tidy.
Very dissapointed nol bar available or no bacon for the cooked breakfast.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered to carry our luggage up the stairs since there wasn't a lift, they pointed us in the right direction for good places to eat, and arranged for a car to take us to our shuttle bus stop. They were there 24 hours to help and always with a smile - couldn't ask for better service.
Honestly, the beds weren't the most comfortable but we managed to sleep soundly anyway since we were so exhausted after touring the city all day.
